Activate Reviews on Store Front

  1. Navigate to Settings > Policies from the left-side menu.
  2. Under the PRODUCTS section, check the box for Show Product Reviews.
  3. Scroll down and click Save to apply the changes.

Manage and Approve Product Reviews

*Once customer reviews are received:

  1. Navigate to Products > Reviews from the left-side menu.
  2. Click Edit on the review you want to manage.
  3. Update the necessary information, if required.
  4. Approve the review and set the discount or loyalty points the reviewer will receive.
  5. Adjust the visibility settings as needed.
  6. Click Save to finalize the updates.
