How can I create and manage product variants like size, color, and material?

Product Variants refer to different versions of the same product that vary in specific attributes such as size, color, material, or style while maintaining the same core product identity. Each variant may have a unique SKU, price, stock availability, or image, ensuring better inventory management and customer selection options.

Outlined below are the essential steps to guide you through the process:

  • Note:
While creating a variant in Shopaccino, ensure that all options like size, color, and material are clearly defined and easy for customers to select. Use consistent naming and logical order (e.g., sizes from smallest to largest) to make the selection process smooth. Also, provide accurate stock information for each variant to avoid overselling and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Example:
Instead of creating separate product listings for a t-shirt available in different sizes and colors, list them under one product. For example, a "Classic Cotton T-Shirt" can have size options (S, M, L, XL) and color options (Red, Blue, Black). Display swatches for color selection and a dropdown for size to make it easy for customers to choose their preferred combination without navigating away from the product page.
